Contest Rules and Regulations

1.	No purchase necessary.
2.	Entrants must be a resident of United States and must be 18 years or older.
3.	To enter the contest, answer the trivia question, fill in the form below and press submit or mail a completed copy of the form to: NeonCentral, 7472 Chapman Ave., Garden Grove, CA. 92841
4.	Entries must be received by the last day of each month at midnight to qualify for that month's prize.
5.	Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all entrants who answer the trivia question correctly.
6.	Winners will be contacted at the e-mail address provided with their entry or the postal address if the entry is submitted by mail, and the name of the winner will be posted on this web site each month.
7.	Employees of Everbrite, LLC or any of its affiliates and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
8.	Limit one entry per question per person, e-mail address, and postal address.
9.	Contest winners are ineligible to participate for six months after winning the contest.
10.	The winner of the contest may choose any neon sign from this web site. The prize is valued at approximately $160, but can range between $137 and $199. The winner is responsible for any income tax on receipt of the prize.
11.	The contest is subject to all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
12.	The odds of winning depend upon the number of correct entries received.
